Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Product Development Specialist for the TAG group in the Pizza & Snacking arena. You will lead recipe creation, reformulation, and rapid prototyping with internal and external partners, delivering Innovation & Renovation projects across brands.

Role requires 3+ years in product or process development in CPG, a BS/MS in Food Science or related field, and 25–35% travel. This position is not Visa sponsored and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

• Drive product development, commercialization, optimization, and renovation.
• Ensure adherence to Nestlé standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide first-line support to factories on ingredients, recipe and processing.
