Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups) highly preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute data requests from systems (Salesforce, reporting platforms, custodians, index providers).
• Maintain and review data in databases and CRM; lead deployment of enhancements.
• Document and improve processes; train staff on improvements.
• Own key firm projects: vendor implementation, systems integration, audits, process enhancements.
• Partner with Research, Compliance, Advisory, Capital Markets, Finance, Marketing, and Reporting teams.
