Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management or engineering experience.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer-driven innovation projects from concept to completion.
• Drive and set project schedules and hold people accountable to execute and hit deadlines.
• Establish clear goals, milestones, and success metrics for each project.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, marketing, and sales.
• Promote continuous improvement to the product development launch process.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and drive results.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience and product offerings.
