Job summary

ICF is seeking a Project Analyst - SETA 2 to support NSF science and engineering programs. The role is hybrid in Alexandria, VA, with responsibilities spanning technical and programmatic support, data analysis, and lifecycle management of TIP programs.

The candidate should have a strong background in R&D project management and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance. Experience with government funding programs and coordination with leadership and interagency partners is highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of research and development expertise, managing research projects, and project management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and program support to program directors managing an R&D portfolio of awardees.
• Assist with management of awardees, milestone capture, and development of program briefings and technical reports for NSF leadership and interagency partners.
• Coordinate and participate in technical and programmatic discussions with government, industry, and other stakeholders to initiate new partnerships and program concepts.
• Coordinate and support technical meetings and conferences.
• Provide high-level systems engineering and programmatic expertise to support the full life cycle of process and system improvement for current, expanding, and new TIP programs.
• Conduct data analysis to draw insights for programmatic decisions and improve communication.
