Build Commonwealth is seeking an Innovation Manager to help build and scale innovative financial solutions for Americans with low to moderate incomes. You’ll manage multiple initiatives, coordinate across teams, and drive research-based prototypes from inception to impact.

The role emphasizes quantitative and qualitative research, stakeholder engagement, and the translation of findings into clear communications and scalable interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting or supporting quantitative research and data analysis with survey data or similar datasets.
• Ability to interpret data for non-technical audiences and inform decision-making.
• Experience designing and supporting qualitative research methods such as interviews and focus groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project work across colleagues and own project tasks.
• Conduct desk research and landscape assessments for employer partnerships.
• Manage qualitative and quantitative research, including data analysis and interviews.
• Design and prototype financial solutions addressing user needs.
• Support stakeholder meetings and translate findings for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate to keep projects on track toward milestones and strategy.
