SWBC is seeking a product manager focused on innovation to identify and bring new capabilities to market. You will partner with core product teams and stakeholders to embed solutions, while shaping roadmaps and guiding pilots from concept to launch.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in product management or innovation, strong analytics, and excellent communication. This role emphasizes collaboration across Technology, Implementations, Sales, and Legal, with a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in product management or innovation.
• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements.
• Experience in Agile or iterative development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop innovative product ideas that complement the core portfolio.
• Partner with product teams to embed solutions into existing products.
• Develop and maintain innovation-focused roadmaps aligned to strategy.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with Technology, Implementations, Sales, and Legal to drive development.
• Support pilots, launches, and post-launch analysis to measure success.
• Translate needs into requirements, use cases, and success metrics.
• Monitor and report product performance metrics and outcomes to leadership.
• Assist with pricing, RFP responses, and solution positioning for innovations.
• Support budgeting and cost-center research for innovation initiatives.
