Job summary

MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, MA, invites applications for tenure-track faculty in the TIES Group starting July 1, 2027 or as soon thereafter as possible. We seek candidates whose research focuses on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and/or Strategy.

We welcome applications from individuals eligible for appointment as Assistant Professor or as Associate Professor without tenure. Candidates must possess a PhD in Economics, Sociology, Management, or other relevant social science

Qualifications

• PhD by the start of employment.
• Assistant Professor or Associate Professor without tenure.
• Research focuses on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and/or Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Teaching undergraduate, graduate, and executive-level courses in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy.
• Conducting high-quality research in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy.
