Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in R&D, technology mapping, innovation management.
• Experience with industrial technologies and testing.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 20%).

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation initiatives including R&D and technology scouting.
• Maintain engagement with customers to gather insights.
• Support R&D through experimentation and prototyping.
