Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Director, Innovation & Emerging Solutions to identify and incubate the next generation of advertising and data-enabled capabilities. The role drives rapid prototyping, cross-functional collaboration, and experimental programs across AI, automation, audience intelligence, measurement, and data interoperability.

The position leads incubation initiatives within AP&S and partners with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Strategy, Sales, and external partners to turn

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in innovation, product management, product strategy, emerging technology, advertising technology, data platforms, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging technologies, industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities for advertising and media.
• Lead development of prototypes, MVPs, and pilots converting ideas into working concepts.
• Establish rapid experimentation frameworks to accelerate learning and decision-making.
• Translate ideas into practical, testable solutions with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to assess feasibility, integration needs, and scalability.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership with actionable next steps.
