Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Project Manager for the Technical Applications Group (TAG) in Arlington, VA. This hybrid role requires onsite presence Tue-Thu and leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic Innovation and Renovation projects with a relentless focus on schedule, scope, and quality.

You will apply project management tools, align strategy, manage risks, and ensure timely decision-making. BA/BS and 3 years of related experience are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS required.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management tools to ensure on-time, on-scope, on-quality delivery.
• Lead alignment of strategy and approach with key stakeholders.
• Preventive management of roadblocks and risk mitigation plans.
• Build and manage project schedule and critical path; communicate status.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings.
• Provide transparency on status and risks to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain adherence to Nestlé's I&R processes and tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and documentation across projects.
• Meet established KPIs and program metrics.
