SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an Innovation Discovery- STIC Support General to support an opportunity at Barksdale AFB, LA. This role requires active Top-Secret clearance or eligibility and a US degree, with minimum 3 years of Air Force staff experience and nuclear-related activity expertise.

The position involves developing IDP and STIC processes, coordinating S&T efforts, preparing briefings, and leading cross-functional efforts with government and non-government agencies. US citizenship is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a US-accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years staff experience with Air Force MAJCOM, HAF, or joint equivalent staff.
• Experience in nuclear related activities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the ST staff in developing IDP and STIC processes and educating AFGSC members at installations.
• Assist in enabling and guiding AFGSC potential S&T solution identification, maturation and transition by outreach, and communication and coordination of efforts within and outside of the Command.
• Develop, plan, and coordinate processes, tracking tools, and checklist(s) for direct implementation of the IDP, and other ST office actions, supporting the Command’s STIC activities.
• Assist the ST office in preparing trip reports, leadership briefings, and provide constant oversight of all IDP and STIC actions.
• Serve as coordinator, and in some cases lead, for projects requiring extensive staff coordination when related directly to current or future AFGSC IDP and STIC activities.
• Serve as coordinator for all ST office S&T outreach activities with government and non-government agencies. Coordination shall involve all aspects of exchanges to include, but not limited to, agendas, travel, presentations, after action reports, etc.

Qualifications:

• Possess an active Top-Secret Clearance and be eligible for Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) access.
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of staff experience working on an Air Force MAJCOM, HAF, or joint equivalent staff.
• Possess experience in nuclear related activities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
