Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Strong experience in ML and NLP, including text classification and embeddings.
• Experience with LLMs programmatically for analytics tasks.
• Advanced Python and SQL, data management, visualization, and reproducible workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and improve the Innovation Analytics methodology using AI/ML.
• Build pipelines for document ingestion, NLP, and portfolio analytics.
• Design validation, sampling, and error analysis frameworks.
• Translate management questions into datasets and analyses.
• Create analytical products and visualizations for senior management.
• Document methods and standardize analytics for scaling.
