Accurate Personnel in Lisle, Illinois seeks a Production Associate to weigh materials and operate mixers. This role requires English literacy, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Basic math skills are required and forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with PPE as provided.

Responsibilities

• Weigh batches and follow batch tickets, re-inspecting as needed.
• Select and clean mixing tubs; ensure correct size and color.
• Check raw material inventories and notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Weigh materials using appropriate scales and record all lot numbers.
• Mix inks per supervisor instructions and take QC samples as directed.
• Deliver completed batches to staging areas and maintain mixers.
