Job summary

INX International in Kansas is looking for Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. The successful candidates will have training to operate the Mill Machine and work on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities. Responsibilities include running batches, packaging products, and ensuring machine cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 3 months of relevant work experience is required.
• Good math skills and basic computer skills are necessary.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Mill Machine to run batches of ink.
• Package finished product and apply labels.
• Maintain machine according to TPM standards.
• Mix batches and discharge pigments safely.
• Act as a QC liaison, providing ink samples and adjustments.
