Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions is hiring an Early Intervention Specialist to collaborate with office and industrial clients to assess health status and craft individualized improvement plans. You will observe employee performance, evaluate body mechanics, and develop mitigation strategies while documenting treatments and coaching for growth.

You’ll address OSHA recordkeeping duties, deliver job-specific coaching, and support medical surveillance and clinic operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Athletic Training or related field required.
• Licensure or certification as appropriate and BOC certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Intervention Specialist, assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Observe work performance to assess body mechanics, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Document treatments in workplace and coach for continuous improvement.
• Understand OSHA 29 CFR 1904.7 for recordkeeping and reporting.
• Provide health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training

Associates degree as a PTA with licensure; or Bachelors’ degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years experience in a Military healthcare setting

Responsibilities

As an Early Intervention Specialist you will be responsible for interfacing with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create an individualized plan for improvement.

• Through observation of employee work performance, assess body mechanics, determine risk and create a plan for mitigation.
• Perform and document all employee treatments within the workplace efficiently and completely with a strong ability to integrate feedback through coaching for continuous improvement.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7)
• Proactively address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching with the goal of eliminating contributions to the injury.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Assist to identify, develop, and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics to optimize the health of the population.
