Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a dedicated Athletic Trainer/Injury Prevention Specialist to join Fit For Work. The role welcomes candidates with Cert. Athletic Trainer or other eligible licensure and focuses on workplace safety and injury prevention strategies.

As a full-time teammate, you will deliver preventive care, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with providers to support client health outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• License required: Certified Athletic Trainer or related therapy licensure.
• Willingness to work in workplace safety and injury prevention.
• Strong client-focused communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training and injury prevention services to clients.
• Develop and implement customized prevention programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
