RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking an energetic Injury Prevention Specialist/ATC to support a fast-paced airport hub at Chicago O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, IL. This full-time role combines ergonomics, education, and preventive programs to reduce workplace injuries and enhance employee well-being. Location: O'Hare, Chicago.

Schedule: Full-time, weekdays 3am-11am. Compensation: $47,000-$53,000 annually, DOE.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Perform ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements.
• Develop and deliver employee education and conduct audits.
• Conduct movement assessments and create preventive exercise programs.
• Engage with new hires on education, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
• Deliver return-to-work programs for injured employees.
• Provide early symptom intervention care for employees.
• Offer health and wellness coaching across topics.

Overview

RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking an engaging and enthusiastic full-time Injury Prevention Specialist / Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our team supporting a fast-paced airport hub at Chicago O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, IL. This is a great opportunity for an athletic trainer, exercise physiologist, EMT, PTA, COTA, or individual of a similar background.

This dynamic role integrates ergonomics, employee education and coaching, preventive exercise programs, early intervention strategies, and health and wellness services to reduce workplace injuries and enhance overall employee well-being.
