Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Atlanta is seeking a full-time Injury Prevention-WorkStrategies Specialist to support industrial personnel at a distribution center near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport. This is an on-site role with a Monday–Friday 5pm–12am schedule.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive injury prevention services, ergonomic assessments, coaching, education, and reporting. Required qualifications include a B.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree is required.
• Minimum one year of related experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention.

Responsibilities

• On-site coverage for the industrial client under the Account/Program Manager.
• Delivery of full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at the location.
• Assessment, triage, and first aid for workplace injuries.
• Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions.
• Job coaching and behavior modification (1:1 and group).
• Education and training on injury prevention topics.
• Office ergonomics and health/wellness consultation.
• Document and report on employee encounters.
• Regular communication with client and Select leadership.

Select Physical Therapy is currently hiring a full-time Injury Prevention-WorkStrategies Specialist for an industrial setting. This is a great opportunity for an athletic trainer, exercise physiologist, EMT, PTA, COTA, or individual of a similar background. This position will full-time on-site supporting industrial personnel at a distrubution center in Atlanta, GA. This position is physically located near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport.

Compensation:

$45,500.00, annually

  • Providing education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics
  • Office ergonomics
  • Health and wellness consultation
• Document and report on employee encounters
• Regular communication with both client and Select leadership
