Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Injector (Nurse Practitioner) role based in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The Injector will provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, and other injectable therapies in alignment with practice protocols. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, assessing clinical needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients on procedures, risks, benefits, and aftercare. The role also involves documenting treatments accurately, maintaining compliance with safety and infection-control standards, and coordinating care with surgeons, physician assistants, nurses, and aestheticians to ensure a seamless patient experience. The Injector will participate in ongoing training, stay current with aesthetic best practices and new technologies, and contribute to a welcoming, low-pressure environment that supports patient confidence and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana and eligibility for prescriptive authority, with strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Experience or training in aesthetic injectables, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and related cosmetic procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to perform thorough consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide clear patient education.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation, adherence to safety and infection-control protocols, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care in a low-pressure, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work on-site full time in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area, manage a steady patient schedule, and adapt to evolving practice needs.
• Previous experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, medical aesthetics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ongoing interest in professional development, including training on new aesthetic techniques, devices, and evidence-based practices.
