Job summary

DelRicht Research seeks licensed nurses or medical assistants to support our vaccine clinic in a short-term, full-time role, 6–12 weeks, during standard business hours. No evenings or weekends. Prior research experience is not required; bring your healthcare background and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include patient care, rooming, vitals, ECGs, injections, charting, and sample handling. Location is Louisville, KY with a starting rate of $30/hour and 8:30am–4pm hours.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (LPN/RN/VN) or CMA/CCMA/RMA license required.
• Healthcare background and enthusiasm required.
• Experience delivering patient care in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for patients in our clinical studies.
• Guide patients through visits, including rooming, vitals, injections, and charting.
• Administer IM injections and reconstitute medications safely and accurately.
• Process and ship biological samples per study protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient charting and quality checks.

We're seeking actively licensed Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse professionals to support our vaccine clinic (Medical Assistants with a CMA, RMA, or CCMA license also accepted). This is a full-time, temporary role during standard business hours (no evenings or weekends!) projected to last 6-12 weeks. No prior research experience is required- just bring your healthcare background and enthusiasm!

What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for patients in our clinical research studies
• Guide patients through every step of their visits, including rooming, intake, vitals, ECGs, blood draws, IM injections, and progress notes
• Administer IM injections and reconstitute medications, ensuring patient safely and procedural accurately
• Process and ship biological samples according to study protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely patient charting, reviewing your own work for quality and precision
