Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an Injection Operator to manage day‑to‑day injection operations on PET and HDPE equipment. You will perform set‑ups, minor adjustments, and ensure quality through inspections while maintaining logs and following safety protocols.

The role requires operating under a 12‑hour day/night shift on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule, with focus on reliability and process throughput. High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years in field/manufacturing or similar.
• Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, start and run injection equipment.
• Perform minor adjustments with approval.
• Complete and update logs and quality forms.
• Identify unsafe conditions and follow safety rules.
• Conduct visual and mechanical quality checks.
• Maintain housekeeping in production areas.
• Understand resin types and material flow.
• Manage logs for inspections and quality defects.
• Collaborate with maintenance to troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate issues clearly and concisely.
