Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking a Ceramic Core Injection Operator- Level 1-3 to produce quality ceramic cores using Injection Machines. You will prepare dies, obtain materials and inject parts according to procedure, while following safety and 6S standards.

The role requires reading procedures, basic math, and attention to detail, with a preference for mold or plastic injection experience. Team collaboration and the ability to work with engineers and quality teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Operators need to be able to comprehend and read procedures.
• Mold or plastic injection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow written procedures to manufacture quality ceramic cores operating Injection Machines.
• Produce quantities within set standards of each part number, identify core defects and maintain accurate records (routers, CQCS, etc).
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor material levels and replace as needed.
• Must assist Engineers, Quality and Manufacturing as needed.
• Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures.
• Maintain department standards for housekeeping/6S.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
