You will handle mold changes, operate molding equipment, perform basic maintenance, and document all activities. The role requires strong attention to safety and accuracy in records, with willingness to travel within the facility as needed.

Qualifications

• Must complete and pass forklift/tow motor safety certification.
• Working knowledge of molding machines and auxiliary equipment required.
• Understanding of injection molding technology required.
• Capable of performing mold changeovers from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality control results and implement adjustments accordingly.
• Review processes and make modifications where warranted.
• Carry out mold changeovers safely and efficiently at all times.
• Keep mold and fixture storage areas organized and maintained.
• Assess and troubleshoot injection molding machine performance, adjusting as necessary.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and records.
• Uphold housekeeping standards.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by their supervisor.
