Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking an Injection Molding Technician in Illinois (Lawrenceville) to operate and set up multiple injection machines and related equipment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and rapid problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The candidate will manage mold/color changes, perform maintenance, and work with kanban-driven changeovers. At least two years of mold experience is required, along with high school education, and the position offers hourly pay

Qualifications

• Two years of injection mold experience (machines and robots) and manufacturing experience.
• Experience with problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up, process and run up to 5 injection machines.
• Manage mold changes per kanban, set dies for runs and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate injection mold machines, mold changing equipment and overhead crane.
• Troubleshoot all molding equipment.
• Handle all mold changes and color changes.

• Will involve troubleshooting of all molding equipment.
• Responsible for all mold changes and color changes.

TBIL Injection Molding Technician

This position is an hourly position.

Qualifications Include

Qualified candidates need to have the ability to make quick, precise and effective decisions while always focusing on safety and quality. The candidate must be able to learn quickly and adapt well to changes. High school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must have two years previous injection mold experience (machines and robots), manufacturing experience and experience with problem solving.
