Job summary

  • Pre-stage components and perform prep work to shorten downtime; correct process issues as directed by your supervisor.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance on in-production tools: clean and grease molds; inspect and lubricate related machinery.
  • Respond to troubleshooting calls and mold performance concerns; determine root cause and perform or assist with repairs.
  • Collaborate with affected personnel to evaluate machine operation and implement improvements.
  • Operate and monitor production lines as needed to maintain throughput.
  • Complete quality checks on containers to verify specifications; document issues and any adjustments made to assigned equipment.
  • Follow plant-specific job specifications and task lists.

A day in the role


Youll begin by reviewing the production schedule, staging tools, and preparing equipment so mold changeovers happen on time. From there, youll execute complete mold setups and transitions, stabilize processes alongside your supervisor, and keep lines running smoothly.


What youll take on
