Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Lawrence, KS is seeking a Production Lead to support the Shift Supervisor and Manager. You will oversee plastic injection molding machines, ensure production runs smoothly, and help maintain quality.

You will prepare the floor for each shift, guide machine operators, lead safety and 5S initiatives, and complete production reports. Weekend shift availability and forklift operation are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of injection molding experience preferred.
• Experience as a team leader in manufacturing.
• Forklift certification and daily safe operation.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee machine setups and changeovers to meet specs.
• Support and guide operators to ensure quality and safety.
• Perform operator duties when needed and assist troubleshooting.
• Prepare floor for shifts; ensure machines and materials ready.
• Lead safety and 5S initiatives to keep the area clean and efficient.
• Complete production reports and maintain records.
