Job summary

Staffmark in West Unity, OH is hiring a Production Worker on first, second, or third shift. Pay rate is $16.50–$17.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will operate injection molding machines, trim parts, inspect quality, and assist with assembly using small power tools.

Responsibilities include stacking parts, labeling bins, maintaining clean work areas, and following safety and quality standards to support production goals and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts.
• Trim plastic components and remove excess material as needed.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Stack finished parts in designated containers and production areas.
• Verify correct quantities and ensure bins are properly labeled.
• Perform light assembly using small power tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Support production goals and complete additional duties as assigned.
