• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and production metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of machine processors across injection molding and blow molding lines.
• Communicate with Processors on various shifts; facility operates 24/7/365.
• Willing to take calls about production issues on nights/weekends.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
• Develop and optimize standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and waste reduction.
• Monitor equipment performance data and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Train and support operators on process best practices.
• Ensure safety standards, quality requirements, and production goals are consistently met.

Schedule

Primarily Monday-Friday dayshift hours, but may have to occasionally come in to communicate with teams on other shifts. Would need to take night/weekend calls as needed from processors with questions.
