Job summary

Plastech Corporation is seeking a Process Technician for our Rush City, MN facility. The role focuses on maintaining injection molding processes, including setup, start-ups, and tool changes, while troubleshooting to keep quality and throughput high.

This on-site position offers a 6/3 rotating schedule with weekly pay. Wages range by shift from $27.00–$35.00 per hour (DOQ), with a $5,000 bonus for external candidates after 90 days, conditional on performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of injection molding processing experience or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting to analyze and fix equipment/process issues.
• Experience with quality control and measurement tools.
• Knowledge of injection molding process parameters and setup.
• Ability to read drawings and follow production schedules.
• Commitment to safety, reliable attendance, and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of injection molding processes, including setup and start-up.
• Perform molding/tool changes and optimize cycle times.
• Troubleshoot production issues and adjust parameters to maintain quality.
• Ensure safety and proper documentation.
