Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Injection Molding Operator to prepare presses, hang tooling, and run production jobs to meet cycle and quality targets. The role includes adjusting tooling during runs, maintaining mold tooling inventory, and completing tear-downs per procedure.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and English communication ability; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Forklift operation and injection molding experience preferred.

• Experience handling tool and process documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presses by hanging and setting up tooling, then start production jobs to target cycle and quality.
• Adjust and troubleshoot during runs while following established work instructions.
• Handle mold tooling inventory control to ensure availability and traceability.
• Conduct press teardown and complete mold pulls per procedure.
• Support general shop upkeep: cleaning, organization, and basic maintenance.
• Enter downtime codes and tool setup information accurately in the ERP system.
• Continuously verify press health and report issues to the supervisor promptly.
