Qualifications

  • Knowledge of polymers, process controls, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, validate (IQ/OQ/PQ), and optimize processes.
  • Apply scientific molding to improve quality and cycle times.
  • Troubleshoot using root cause analysis and FMEA.
  • Maintain compliant documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement (SPC, DOE, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Support tooling and process changes via CAD interpretation.

Injection Molding Process Engineer II
Contract:
2 years with extension or conversion potential

Leads development, validation, and optimization of injection molding processes for medical‑grade manufacturing, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency through scientific molding and data‑driven improvement.


Responsibilities


  • Develop, validate (IQ/OQ/PQ), and optimize processes.

  • Apply scientific molding to improve quality and cycle times.

  • Troubleshoot using root cause analysis and FMEA.

  • Maintain compliant documentation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and improvements.
