Katalyst CRO is seeking an Injection Molding Technician responsible for operating molding presses and maintaining quality components in a GMP environment. The role requires teamwork, basic maintenance skills, and adherence to work instructions and controlled documents.

Candidates should have a HS Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in injection molding. The position emphasizes a safe, organized work area and reliable performance in a team setting.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Prefer 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably injection molding.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Mold production in assigned area and perform minor maintenance on presses.
  • Operate injection molding presses to supply downstream equipment with molded components and inspect parts.
  • Conduct minor maintenance on assigned presses.
  • Collaborate with molding team to keep equipment running during breaks and call-outs.
  • Operate multi-cavity molding machines and ancillary equipment to meet quality specs and output targets.
  • Place surplus molded components into inventory and maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in the area.
  • Ensure knowledge of all products, required materials, and quality specifications.
