Job summary

Meissner in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Molding Production Operator to monitor, trim, bag, box and count molded parts while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will work with teammates to meet production goals and ensure parts meet specifications.

The role is on-site at headquarters with a focus on precision in an ISO-class environment. Ideal candidates show commitment to quality, basic computer skills, and ability to read safety and maintenance documents; training in injection molding

Qualifications

• Injection molding skills are trained by Meissner.
• Personal commitment to produce the highest quality product.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math knowledge (multiply, subtract, divide, etc).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Run, trim, bag, box, count and store molded parts to ensure quality.
• Monitor molds while machines run and adjust process for quality.
• Measure and inspect parts for visual and dimensional conformance.
• Properly count, bag and pack products to prevent contamination.
