Hog Slat, Inc. in Clinton, NC is seeking a Machine Operator for our Plastics Injection Mold team. You will monitor, change, and maintain plastic injection molding machines to ensure product quality and timely production.

Ideal candidates demonstrate high attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and reliable performance in a busy, high-volume manufacturing environment. Lifting up to 50 pounds and basic computer skills are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Very high attention to detail is required.
• Computer knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly during shift.
• Dependable and punctual.

Responsabilités

• Maintain set points to produce quality parts at the optimum cycle.
• Troubleshoot injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot processing issues related to equipment.
• Produce reports and complete jobs including materials reconciliation.
• Follow plant safety rules and use PPE as required.
• Maintain general housekeeping in all production areas.
