Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

We are hiring for our client in the biotechnology industry.

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain injection molding processes in a medical manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to molded part quality.
• Monitor and report injection molding process issues.
• Perform DOE and establish processing windows for plastic parts.
• Document and maintain process records to ensure quality standards.
• Communicate technical information to process technicians, operators, and molding personnel.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience operating injection molding equipment.
• Preferred: RJG Master Molder I Certification, Associate Degree, or relevant technical training.
