Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Troy, OH is seeking an Injection Molding Machine Lead Operator (2nd shift) to oversee production cells and ensure quality output. You will run hydraulic, electric, or vertical molding equipment, read work instructions, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 4 years in manufacturing, 2+ years with mold tooling and measurement tools, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long

Qualifications arrow_right

• High school diploma, technical certification, vocational training, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience operating Injection Molding Machines (Hydraulic, Electric, Vertical, etc.).
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Mold and Tooling Equipment (injection molds, mold temperature controllers, Mold heaters and chillers, etc.).
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working with measuring and inspection tools (Calipers, Micrometers, etc.).
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and standing for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and job-related documentation.
• Availability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
