Job summary

Young Innovations, Inc. is seeking an Injection Molding operator to join our St. Louis, Missouri team. You will operate injection molding machines and related equipment, inspect finished products, and ensure documentation complies with ISO/FDA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of machine operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in an FDA/ISO regulated environment is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for 12 hours and regularly lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment (blenders, grinders, sprue pickers, temp controllers).
• Maintain raw materials and component inventories for injection molding equipment.
• Complete production inspections and document information per ISO/FDA requirements and SOPs.
• Meet production goals, quality standards, and production schedules; participate in continuous improvement.
• Follow safety and good housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
