Responsibilities include changeovers, basic troubleshooting, and coordinating with the prior shift to ensure smooth handoffs. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to GMP standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and production specifications.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust assigned production equipment to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Perform machine changeovers, start-ups, and basic troubleshooting.
• Review machine performance and operating conditions with the previous shift.
• Ensure production equipment is running efficiently and producing quality products.
• Follow quality procedures and work instructions to inspect products.
