• Monitor machines for alarms, defects, or irregular conditions and report issues to the Lead Operator or Technician immediately.
• Package, label, and stage parts following job-specific work instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, including adherence to 5S expectations.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and follow all safety, quality, and production policies.

Reporting to the Operations Manager , the Injection Mold Press Operator is responsible for for operating molding presses to produce quality plastic components. This role focuses on safe machine operation, proper part handling, basic inspections, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Operators follow established work instructions and support overall production flow.

This position is part of the Hach - Operations/Plant Management - Lvlnd Plant Management located in Loveland, CO and will be onsite.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

The compensation range for this role is $20.90 - $22.69 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
