Job summary

Warrior Sports is seeking an Injection Molding Machine Operator in Shelby Township, MI to produce high-quality plastic parts in a fast-paced environment. You will operate molding equipment, inspect, trim, and package finished products, and support a safe, efficient production line.

This is a full-time first-shift role, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with overtime opportunities based on production needs. Experience preferred; training available for those willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Prior injection molding experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection experience welcomed; willing to learn.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Remove molded parts and inspect for quality.
• Trim, assemble, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Monitor machine operation and report issues.
• Complete production, scrap, and downtime records accurately.
• Follow quality standards and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
• Follow company safety policies; perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for producing high-quality plastic products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role includes operating molding equipment, inspecting parts for quality, trimming and packaging finished products, and supporting a safe and efficient production process.

This is a full-time, first-shift position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Occasional opportunities for overtime are available based on production needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Remove molded parts from machines and inspect for quality standards.
• Trim, assemble, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Monitor machine operation and report any equipment issues.
• Accurately complete and maintain production, scrap, and downtime records.
• Follow all quality standards and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
