Job summary

Snelling Staffing DFW is seeking a dependable Rubber Injection Molding Associate to operate rubber injection molding equipment and produce parts to customer specs while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will inspect parts, troubleshoot basic molding issues, and prepare/clean equipment between runs. The role requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 60 pounds, and precise documentation to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10+ hours per shift
• Lift up to 60 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Identify and troubleshoot basic molding defects
• Accurate counting, sorting and production documentation
• Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience is helpful but not required
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber injection molding equipment to manufacture parts to customer specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy and defects
• Troubleshoot molding issues and adjust processes to maintain quality
• Clean and prepare equipment between production runs according to company standards
• Count, sort, and package finished products
• Follow written work instructions, production schedules and verbal directions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures
