Graham Packaging Company is looking for an Injection Maintenance Mechanic based in Tolleson, AZ. This Day Shift role runs 6:00am - 2:00pm and involves working with Husky Injection Molding Machines and dryers.

Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for installation and repair of equipment in the plant, performing preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building, and ensuring product quality and plant performance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience is preferred.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and test adjustments.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during operation and scheduled maintenance.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Assist and train production employees in proper operation and maintenance of machinery.
• Limited travel may be required.
