About the role* As a Seasonal Home Care Specialist (Pest Control Technician), you will be the frontline hero keeping our community’s homes pest‑free during our busiest season. This is a route‑based position ideal for those seeking aentry-level general labor or field service experience. Pay Information

• $18 – $19 per hour
• Maximize your income: Take advantage of abundant overtime (40–50+ hours per week expected)
• Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.

What You Bring To The Table

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
