We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our team and help us automate workflows, streamline operations, and develop process maps with comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This internship will provide a college-level student with practical and professional experience that will enhance and compliment their classroom learning.

Internship Duration: Onsite in Farmington, CT from January 2027 - August 2027. At least 24 hours weekly.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities

• Microsoft Power Automate Development: Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and translate them into automated processes. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automation solutions.
• SAP Build Apps and Process Mapping: Assist in the creation of SAP Build Apps automations to support business operations. Develop detailed process maps for SAP-related workflows, ensuring clarity and efficiency in design. Work closely with stakeholders to refine and enhance process maps and automations.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development: Help document and create SOPs for various business processes, ensuring they align with best practices. Collaborate with process owners to ensure SOPs are accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a collaborative and cross-functional team, supporting a variety of process improvement initiatives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for process automation and improvement.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation, Power Automate, and SAP Build Apps. Engage in hands-on learning opportunities and apply new knowledge to real-world business challenges.

Requirements
