Job summary

Howard, Williams & Rahaim is seeking a Mid to Senior level Commercial Real Estate Attorney to expand its in-house Legal Department in Boca Raton, FL. This full-time role provides transactional and operational support across acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing, entity management, and real estate operations.

Eligible candidates should have 6–15 years of CRE experience, be a Florida Bar member, and demonstrate strong organizational and project management capabilities.
