Job summary

GYMGUYZ Eastside & South King County brings fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. Train clients on their terms with no rent, no sales quotas, and total scheduling flexibility.

You’ll deliver in-home and on-site sessions, design personalized programs, and track client progress using our app. We offer competitive hourly pay, performance bonuses, paid onboarding, and a growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
• Experience using fitness apps to manage sessions and notes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage your schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and uphold DRIVE values.
