Job summary

A caregiving service provider in Forks, WA, seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients in daily activities. This role offers flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and 24/7 caregiver support. All caregivers are trained, and new hires will be enrolled in state-required training if needed. Candidates must be 18+, have a smartphone, a valid driver's license, and pass a background check. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support clients in activities of daily living such as household chores and cooking.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Drive clients to appointments as needed.
• Prepare meals and light household tasks.
• Drive clients to store or appointments as needed.
• Monitor and report client condition to supervisor.

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be required to complete the training within 120 days.
• Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!

Requirements
