Job summary

ComForCare Home Care Central KC in Liberty, Missouri is seeking caring individuals to join our in-home team. As a caregiver, you’ll support seniors at their homes, helping with daily tasks and companionship to promote comfort and independence.

We offer a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. A year of caregiving or HHA experience is preferred, with a reliable means of transport across the KC metro.

Responsibilities

Your Typical Day (The Fun Stuff):

You aren't just "staff"; you’re a companion. Your goal is to help seniors stay independent and smiling in their own homes by:

Spreading Joy: Being the bright spot in a senior’s day through conversation and companionship.

Personal Care: Assisting with the essentials (dressing, bathing, and mobility) with dignity and heart.

Home Comfort: Light meal prep and keeping their space tidy and cozy.

Peace of Mind: Providing vital medication reminders and safety oversight.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 1 year as a Caregiver or HHA (professional or family experience).

Reliability: You have consistent, reliable transportation to reach clients across the KCMO metro (a personal vehicle is preferred, but not required if you're a pro at navigating the city!).
