Five Star Bath Solutions Northwest is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic commission-driven sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and an internal drive to succeed in a competitive market.

We are process-oriented and tech-enabled and need sales representatives who can adapt what they already do well to fit within our way of doing business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a top closer in a sales-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in home improvement sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly to homeowners and lead from the front.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Execute a proven sales system to drive results.
