Job summary

ANGELIC HOME CARE AGENCY LLC is seeking an compassionate In‑home Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands‑on care in clients' homes. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, and support overall well‑being, in a setting focused on independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification or equivalent licensure required.
• Experience with geriatric patients in home health or long-term care.
• Ability to assist with ADLs with empathy and patience.
• Knowledge of home health care regulations and client confidentiality.
• Physically able to perform lifting and safe transfers; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Hoyer Lift experience preferred.

• Provide companionship and ensure clients' comfort and safety.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent licensure required.
• Proven experience working with geriatric patients or individuals with disabilities in home healthcare or long-term care settings.
• Ability to assist with ADLs efficiently while demonstrating empathy and patience.
• Knowledge of home health care assistance regulations and best practices for client safety and confidentiality.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and use patient transfer methods safely.
• Has a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Hoyer Lift experience is preferred

Schedule: Monday - Friday Mon / Wed / Fri: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM (3 hrs/day) Tue / Thu: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (4 hrs/day)
